Epicor Customer Upgrade Campaign
Vantage 8 Customer Microsite customers.vantage8.com
Epicor Software had just released their newest version of Vantage. This version of Vantage was built from the ground up to assure that it would be the framework to guarantee competitive advantage for those that used it in their manufacturing enterprises. Epicor wanted to engage their customers with a multi-pronged attack before their annual user group meeting where even more information could be presented to current Vantage users and sales meetings could be scheduled in a highly efficient manner.
A strategic assessment was provided to determine what the current Vantage customers were looking for in their next-generation manufacturing application. While Vantage product management gurus defined the strategy behind all of the technology improvements.
A microsite that would quickly lead customers through the primary messaging points was developed. Having the microsite is a small part of the battle. Even customers as captive targets need to be informed of the microsite and given reasons to visit. To achieve a high visit rate 949 designed and sent out postal direct mail and broadcast e-mails. As customers visit the microsite and download information that positions Vantage as the best midmarket manufacturing software available today, and likely for sometime in the future, all leads are instantly communicated to Epicor's CRM system for rapid follow up.
